Returns & Exchanges

At IMAX Corporation, we strive for complete customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items in their original packaging. Please ensure all products are returned in unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping containers, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our centralized distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
